About providing sponsorship assistance to the children of the orphanage “Nash Dim”
(Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine)
The staff of the municipal institution “Children’s Home “Nash Dim” (Eng. “Our Home”) of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council” and the children of our institution are addressing you.
In our children’s home permanently live 14 orphans and children deprived of parental care. For successful socialization and preparation for independent life, the institution uses a system of education, according to which children independently, under the supervision of a teacher, or with their help, prepare food, clean, do homework, etc. Our House (as we call it) is equipped with all the necessary equipment for full functioning. “Nash Dim” was created over 15 years ago according to a Polish project, and now it is a completely public institution. “Nash Dim”, unlike orphans’ asylums, is not a closed type, which means that children go to school on their own, and like family children can go for walks with friends or invite them to their place, etc.
We respect and treat our children as our own kids. We try to create for them conditions that are as close as possible to home and family, so that they do not feel different, not like everyone else.
Since most of our children have already become adults, they do not have seasonal clothes and shoes. Therefore, the work of orphanage teachers is significantly complicated. To contribute to the socialization of children, the institution’s specialists take children to various events in the city. Also, we actively participate in sports events and attend concerts. This gives the children the opportunity to feel more confident, adapt to society, and even after the end of their stay at the House be able to live a confident independent life and not need the help from specialized centers and services.
Therefore, we ask you to consider the possibility of providing the children of the children’s home “Nash Dim” with assistance in the form of:
- Children’s and teenage seasonal clothes and shoes
- Vitamins
- Food
We publish all information about the help we receive and the events that are taking place in our community on social networks and on the City Council website, and we will be happy to thank you for your help.
We ask you to be compassionate to the needs of children who are deprived of the most precious thing in life – their parents.
We will also be happy to invite you to visit us, because our children love to meet and treat guests, share with them their successes and victories.
Thank you for your attention and we hope for further cooperation.
Sincerely,
Director Natalia Vinnytska
